MIST DRIVE[/size] The Limit system used here on Chronicles of Minerva, based on one I developed for another site (Epilogue of Fantasies), which has since closed.. FunctionalityMist Drives are triggered by intense emotional states. For this reason, the staff will have to watch close for godmoding. Mist Drives are totally roleplay elements.
Each Job Class has four Drives, and each Drive corrisponds to one of four Emotions. Each character is allowed to pick two Drives, one has to be from their Job Class and one can be either from their Class or their Secondary Command.
For example, if I play a gunblader with a Summon command, I can either have two Trigger Tech Drives or one Trigger Tech Drive and a Summon Drive.
Also, a character may not have two Drives with the same emotional trigger. You may have a drive triggered by Sadness and by Love, but not two triggered by Sadness.

Drive ListEach class has a Drive that corresponds to each of four emotions; Sadness, Bliss, Fear, and Love.
Black Mage [/i] Dark Horizon A Sadness Drive. Darkness covers the sky and falls on all foes, dealing severe Dark damage.
Resplendence A Bliss Drive. Rays of light surround all foes and deal severe Holy damage.
Firewall A Fear Drive. A wall of fire rises up and surrounds the user to protect them and harm close attackers.
Perfect Spell A Love Drive. Unleashes a powerful non-elemental spell to damage all foes. White Mage[/i] Redemption A Sadness Drive. Deals severe Holy damage to the caster and all foes.
Occurian Gift A Bliss Drive. Tears from above fall and remove status ailments from all allies.
Mist Defense A Fear Drive. For a short time, the caster cannot be hurt by melee attacks.
Two Hearts A Love Drive. Fully heals both the caster and a target and casts Shell, Protect, and Regen on both. Time Mage[/i] Heavy Heart A Sadness Drive. Drops a sphere of heavy gravity to drop the HP of all foes by 20% times the user's Job Level as a Time Mage.
Lightspeed A Bliss Drive. Casts Haste on all allies.
Slow Mo0tion A Fear Drive. Everything else slows down, increasing reaction time for a short while.
Nova A Love Drive. Surrounds the caster and target in a whirl of Fire magic that expands and damages all others. Green Mage[/i] Depression A Sadness Drive. Increases the Sadness of all allies.
Call to Arms A Bliss Drive. Casts Bravery and Faith on all allies.
Absorb A Fear Drive. Drains HP and MP from the nearest foe and increases the user's Defense and Magic Defense.
Inner Light A Love Drive. Blinds all foes and inflicts Faith on all allies. Caller[/i] Companion A Sadness Drive. Summons a low-level (meaning Level 1 or 2) Esper to cheer the user up. The Esper gains Faith status.
Protected Partner A Bliss Drive. Summons a low-level Esper who is immune to all negative status effects.
Emergency Call A Fear Drive. Summons a low-level Esper who can use thier Limit Removal without having to return.
Dual Summon A Love Drive. Summons two low-level Espers at once. KnightDark Cloud A Sadness Drive. A series of rapid slashes against a single foe that resembles an ancient Drive called "Omnislash".
Ray Slash A Bliss Drive. Attacks all targets in a line with a powerful slash.
Self-Defense A Fear Drive. Attacks the nearest foe with a remarkably powerful attack
Climhazzard A Love Drive. Deals massive non-elemental magic damage to protect an ally. GunnerFatal Snipe A Sadness Drive. A shot that does no damage, but if it hits instantly kills..
Big Shot A Bliss Drive. Charges Mist around the weapon and fires from it a massive fireball..
Pulse Ammo A Fear Drive. Sends out a wave of energy damaging all targets around the user.
Satellite Beam A Love Drive. Locks on to an enemy and a beam falls from the sky damaging an area around the target. ThiefSacrifice A Sadness Drive. Offers the user's self and restores HP and MP to nearby allies.
Grand Lethal A Bliss Drive. Beams of energy lance out from the user's body and strike foes.
Swiftness of Motion A Fear Drive. During the next turn, the user can take up to three actions in that turn.
Combination A Love Drive. Can combine two items to create a stronger item. ArcherZero Reaction A Sadness Drive. For the next three turns, all R-Abilities the foes have are nullified.
Time's Arrow A Bliss Drive. Slows a foe and casts Haste on the user.
Escape Plan A Fear Drive. Creates a distraction so the allies can flee.
Cupid A Love Drive. Charms the target. MonkFist Charge A Sadness Drive. The user's fists are powered by a powerful energy, tripling damage done by unarmed attacks and Martial Arts moves for the next three turns
Dolphin Blow A Bliss Drive. The user attacks the opponent with a devastating uppercut, dealing heavy Water-based damage
Beat Rush A Fear Drive. The user hammers the enemies vital points repeatedly in a long chain of punches and kicks. Causes Disable, Immobile, and Silence..
Final Heaven A Love Drive. A blast of energy that deals massive amounts of non-elemental damage to a single enemy . [/blockquote]
